Had such a great time with friends! The location was perfect for visiting Animal Farm Adventure Park and Brean Splash Waterpark. Our room was clean and comfortable. Tim and Bev were awesome hosts, making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, with options for everyone.
The only downside was the noise from the street at night, which made it a bit tough to sleep.

Our family enjoyed a delightful two-night stay. The hosts, Bev and Tim, were incredibly welcoming. As a vegan, I appreciated the wide range of delicious breakfast options, including soya milk and vegan spreads. The clean rooms were a big plus! A mattress topper would make it perfect.

During my visit, I loved how close this place was to Marine Lake Beach, just a short stroll away, and the stunning Italian Gardens were also nearby, making our walks truly enjoyable. it was nice to have a relaxed vibe where we felt at home with plenty of tea and coffee ready in our comfortable room to unwind after exploring.

The exterior could use some sprucing up. It looks a bit worn compared to the online photos. Rooms can feel chilly at night, so be ready to snatch that extra duvet if needed. The surrounding street is a bit messy, which might be a turn-off for some. It seems a tad overpriced given the small details that could be improved.
